I feel most alive when I do what I know is right.
In contrast, I feel most dead when I don’t do what I know is right.
Like I wasn’t necessarily excited when I found out I needed to make that phone call. That day, I put it off, and felt horrible about it. The day I made the call, though, I felt great.
So the key to feeling alive isn’t knowing what’s right – it’s doing what I already know is right.
