I’d like to take the next handful of days to share about writing The Virus.
It was one of these experiments that hit a bunch of different levels. The daily practice of writing and publishing. The experience of writing fiction, including dialogue. Reflecting on this coronavirus pandemic, how it has played out, my thought process on it.
I’ll get into all that over the next bunch of posts.
What I’d like to say from the start, though, is that I’m working to pull it all together into a format you can enjoy in one place. I’d call it a book, instead of a series of blog posts, except that I’m not sure it will be a bound, physical volume. In fact, at least to start, I’m sure it won’t be.
I’m thinking more like an ebook or possibly an audio book.
My question is, would anyone be willing to pay for it?
That’s the experiment I’m about to run.
