Everything I do fits into the puzzle, everything from playing drums to playing chess, everything from living in Korea to living online. Without me, the puzzle, though, all the activities seem random.
Sure, some connections might seem a little more obvious. It makes sense that a writer might blog or a Christian might study philosophy. Other connections, though, aren’t as easy to spot. Does it make sense that a musician wouldn’t own any music or that an avid reader would actively avoid buying books?
The only way these make sense is when you and I take all the connections into account. That’s why I can feel like I make sense, while to others, I can look spontaneous. I’m the puzzle – others see just the pieces.
