Tonight, the moon had a ring around it. Supposedly this is called the halo-effect. It is beautiful.
My brother, William, noticed that it looked like a giant planet invading from behind the moon. After he mentioned it, it totally did. After you see it that way, it’s easy to imagine a massive planet is actually creating that huge shadow behind the moon.
When you’re standing on earth in the cold with a humongous planet bearing down on you, you feel small. And it’s awesome.
