My brother replied, “I already have a quarter.”
Silently, my thoughts corrected him: No, buddy, you don’t understand. You don’t need just one quarter. With money, you want to get as much as you can, even if you already have some.
Thinking back, I think I was wrong. Perhaps I’m the one who doesn’t understand.
