You might have noticed I usually post here in the afternoon (or later). That’s because…
A.) In the morning, I try to knock out my most important (and usually most difficult) tasks.
B.) In the evening, I have free to work on big projects (which I try to do), but I also end up on facebook or otherwise interacting online.
That leaves the middle of the day – the time right before I hit my afternoon, tiredness phase – for writing for this blog.
The problem with this is that it means I don’t publish here until the afternoon at earliest and the evening at latest. I’d like to switch to publishing in the morning so you can read the day’s post the day it’s published.
So… for one week (starting tomorrow… the mark of a true procrastinator), I’m going get ahead of schedule and publish in the morning. If this works out, I’ll continue after a week. We’ll see how it goes.
This means two things for you:
1) You can visit anytime during the day and expect to see a post for that day already published.
2) As perhaps a downside, the daily post will actually be a day old because I’ll have written it the day before instead of the day of. It’s impossible (without heavenly intervention) to post only one post per day at the start of the day and still write that post on theĀ day it’s published. It shouldn’t be too big a deal because most of my posts aren’t too time sensitive.
So that’s the schedule posting update. I’m still planning to continue daily updates.
By the way, this is the 70th post and 70th day since I started this blog. Thank you for coming back to read.
