I’ve mulled this over for a long time now. What’s up with subjective reality? Is subjective reality legit? What version might be (since there are a ton of variations of it)? Why would I believe in subjective reality?
As of right now, I totally believe in it. I’m not sure about all the details. Right now, it’s not a comprehensive system by any means. But it’s getting there.
What is subjective reality?
Subjective reality means reality is subjective for each individual. There’s no “out there” reality that merely exists on it’s own independent of any person.
Subjective reality means the possibility that each person is free to create his or her own reality. And each really is true for that person.
From a scientific perspective, subjective reality can seem utterly ridiculous. Science seems to require an objective view of reality. I’ll probably tackle that question in a future post.
From a Christian perspective, subjective reality can seem like heresy. Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, not one of many. I’ll probably tackle that in a future post as well.
I’ll probably eventually cover a lot about this. For example. . .
- My definition of subjective reality
- Why I believe in subjective reality
- How subjective reality can be applied to life
- How one subjective reality might interact with another
- And so on. . .
For now, I’m just putting it out there for you to consider completely on your own. Chew on that.
