- Drink like one glass of water a day.
- Stay up late.
- Wake up to an alarm clock at different times each morning.
- Eat erratically.
- Eat junk food.
- Eat the same thing again and again.
- Forget exercising.
- Forgo sunlight.
- Stay indoors.
- Sit for hours at a time.
- Stare at a computer screen as long as possible.
- Worry about things that are outside your control.
This sounds ridiculous, but I’ve lived not far away more than once. It reminds me of Einstein’s definition of insanity: “doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results.”
No one wants to go insane, but how many repeat the same failing patterns over and over again? No one sets out to get sick, but how many follow this regimen?
