The experiment seems to be continuing well. Although I don’t always finish what I set out to do each day, I’ve stayed faithful to write up a checklist each day.
I did notice, though, that the high at the beginning when I first got back into this has leveled off. That first day felt super productive. Now I’m still productive but maybe not so super.
A side benefit of checklists, apart from the extra motivation to churn through stuff each day, is that I now have a record of what I’ve done or tried to do over the past two weeks or so. Now I can look back and reassess whether or not what I’m choosing to add to my list really deserves its place there.
I’m looking forward to learning from that.
