This is the third time. It opened way back in September, 2008 (ancient in the online world). Then closed for a while.
It opened back up in October if I remember correctly, then once again failed again. These hackers for harm (as opposed to all those hackers for good, which actually do exist) keep lousing it up.
Highly discouraging. Or should I say, “Lowly discouraging”?
