Today is theĀ first Monday of the year.
And I love it.
I got up early, brewed coffee, trashed a bunch of junk we cleared out of our garage, hit the gym, and made it to work by 7am.
Last night, I made a list of what I wanted to accomplish today.
I knocked out two or three items within the first few hours of the day.
That felt good. And checking them off my list felt even better than just doing them without checking them off a list.
That feeling of progress.
This is something to add to my New Year each year.
How do I set myself up to feel like I’m making progress?
