How do you decide if you should improve a weakness?

Check out my previous post on stuff I’m not really good at.

For some of these, I feel like I should try to improve, try to round them out so they’re not so crippling.

For others, I feel like I should avoid them all together. Let someone else be good at them. I should lean harder into what I’m naturally good at.

The question then is, which ones should I try to improve and which should I just avoid?

Or maybe something like this: what kind of weakness should I give up on?

(Note: all this built on the assumption that I shouldn’t try to improve all of them. I don’t believe that.)

Perhaps a pre-question would be, how should I decide which to improve and which should I avoid?

Not sure I have an answer, just questions to consider for now.
